On Saturday, February 25th, I will be performing at an event in San Francisco, bringing with me six of the trendiest sake from Japan. I will talk about what is going on in the Japanese sake industry right now, while serving sake that can rarely be tasted in the U.S.
Hosting the event will be my most respected brewers in the U.S., Noriko and Jake from @sequoia_sake . I am sincerely grateful to them for this opportunity. Their premium sake, which is one of the first American brews to reach authentic sake quality, will also be available to taste at the event.
Much of the sake information that reaches the U.S. is filtered through government agencies and business players. I am passionate to provide you with raw information that you cannot hear elsewhere, and what sake fans in Japan see.
