The history of sake’s entry into the world has hardly been organized, so I can understand how difficult it was to create such an exhibit, as I often struggle with it as a journalist.

I hope that readers learn about the history of sake in the world and appreciate Tatsuuma Honke Brewing’s efforts to preserve such intellectual property by employing a great curator.
